Memorial of Architect Antanas Vivulskis ( 2019 )

On November 6, 2019, together with the people of Vilnius, we unveiled a memorial to the talented Antanas Vivulskis. The sculpture of the Church of the Heart of Jesus was consecrated by Bishop Darius Trijonis. Sculptor Tadas Gutauskas and his colleague Gintaras Čaikauskas were glad that they could contribute to the perpetuation of the history of Vilnius. There was a time when churches were being demolished, erased our history, and now apparently it’s time to rebuild and discover everything.
